IATI invites all members and our wider community based in Europe to participate in a Community Dialogue Session on March 19 in Brussels from 10am–4pm.

IATI invites all members and our wider community based in Europe to participate in a Community Dialogue Session on March 19 in Brussels from 10am–4pm CET.

We’ll discuss topics of interest for the IATI community, enabling participants to bring forward issues and perspectives they find most relevant.

We would like to take this as an occasion to meet IATI's Executive Director and the Governing Board in person. Among others, we will be able to discuss the future and strategic direction of IATI in this critical moment. We would appreciate receiving your proposed topics of interest to help us organise it.

Objectives

The community dialogue will provide an opportunity for participants to:

  • Provide feedback on the draft Strategic Directions Paper, identifying key priorities, opportunities, and challenges relevant to the 2026–2030 strategy.
  • Engage with fellow European-based IATI members and community on issues of transparency, development finance and tech matters.
  • Foster collaboration by strengthening relationships between stakeholders, including IATI Secretariat, IATI Board, IATI wider community and actors working on transparency and data use.
  • Exchange ideas on how to enhance support for data users and publishers, ensuring alignment with global development and financing transparency efforts.
